EXTENSION AND UPGRADING OF THE HEIM

St. Johannis Heim Extension – Notice of Construction

Dear valued resident
At the St. Johannis Heim we always strive to improve your living experience and do so by continous upgrades to the Heim’s Facilities and services on our quest to make your life a more enjoyable and homely experience. This project will also improve the finances of the Heim and is an important milestone in the long term sustainability strategy of the St. Johannis Organisation.

It is, therefore, our great pleasure to inform you that we have commenced our long-awaited Heim Extension Project, which will result in a larger, more modern common room, as well as additional modern en-suite single and double bedrooms. The new common room will boast amongst other things a separate library, a larger catering kitchen and a separate room for functions/events/meeting. This will allow us host several events at the same time, giving you a choice of what you would like participate in.

We will certainly do our best to keep the construction disturbance to a minimum, but we would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this might cause you. The construction is estimated to be completed in August 2019.

We are convinced that our new facilities will result in a more enjoyable stay with us, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding while we make these great enhancements to the St. Johannis Heim. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time of progress and for the work that is done for your future comfort in the Heim.
